Confirm Your Booking
Once you’ve entered your details, submit the booking form and we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details for your hire. -
Prepare for Your Journey
On the day of your hire, simply arrive at the location for pick-up at your stated time. We’ll ensure the horsebox is clean, fully fuelled, and ready for you to use. For self-drive hire, please ensure your horse is insured for travel and that you have their passport with you. -
Collecting Your Vehicle
On arrival there will be a short vehicle walk-around, confirmation of your documents where needed and then you are all set! -
Hit the Road
Drive with confidence knowing your horse is comfortable and safe in a well-maintained, fully insured horsebox. If you encounter any issues, our 24/7 roadside assistance is available but call us first! -
Return the Vehicle
Once your journey is complete, return the horsebox to the designated location. We will complete a vehicle walk-around and a few checks.
Please ensure the vehicle is refuelled, mucked out and wash out too. Avoid getting loose hay or bedding on the ramp, it’s a nightmare to get out. -
